Established in 2000 and located in the UK, Pressure Tech is recognised globally for manufacturing high-quality ISO-9001 accredited pressure regulators for oil and gas applications. Pressure Tech regulators are used worldwide with 70% being exported for use on critical high-pressure control systems such as wellhead control panels, gas analyser systems, hyperbaric diving systems and hydrogen fuel cell technology – including our EC79-approved AUTO438 regulator for hydrogen-powered buses and trucks.
Back Pressure Regulators
A back pressure regulator accurately controls the inlet pressures to any process. Our range covers port sizes from 1/8″ to 2″ and control pressures from 0.1 bar (2 psi) to 690 bar (10,000 psi) on gas or liquid applications. The designs provide accurate and repeatable shut-off due to the large sensing area and minimised loading on the seating area.
Hydraulic Pressure Regulators
Our extensive range of piston-sensed hydraulic regulators feature precision machined sensing elements for control to 1,380bar (20,000psi) and self venting is available with captured vent ports. Port sizes from 1/4″ to 3/4″ and are available with ratio- or dome-loaded options.
Analyser & Instrumentation Pressure Regulators
Typically incorporating Inconel® X750 diaphragm-sensed elements to provide strength and flexibility, our versatile Analyser and Instrumentation range of pressure regulators include design features that make us the market leaders in this sector with products from gas cylinder regulators to ATEX certified (94/9/EC) heated regulators.
